Judging Criteria
The AI Champion of the Year award recognises a woman who has demonstrated outstanding achievement and leadership in Artificial Intelligence. Judges will assess evidence of innovation, technical excellence, and originality in the development or application of AI solutions. Consideration will be given to the impact of the nominee’s work, whether commercial, societal, or community-based, and the extent to which AI has delivered meaningful outcomes. Judges will also evaluate leadership in promoting ethical, responsible, and transparent AI practices, alongside efforts to drive adoption or awareness. A strong focus will be placed on inclusion, with recognition given to those championing diversity, mentoring others, and empowering underrepresented groups in AI.
