Why do I support these awards? In a world where an algorithm decides whether you get a loan, a place at university or a job interview, we must care more about who designs and builds our technology. I believe diversity is the only way to ensure that we build a future that works for everyone. Let’s face it women hold up half the sky, so why is there only 17% of women in tech jobs?….#DiversityMatters
