The Women in Tech Awards are more than a celebration, they are a movement for equality, visibility, and empowerment. These awards shine a spotlight on inspiring women in the sector, encouraging others to explore the world of technology and build rewarding careers in an ever-evolving industry.
In a landscape where only 17% of tech professionals in the UK are women and just 3% of young women consider tech as their first career choice, these stories matter. Representation and recognition are key to shaping a more inclusive and innovative future.
