Eligibility / Minimum Requirements
- The nominee must be actively mentoring or coaching individuals within the technology sector

- The nominee must demonstrate a sustained commitment to supporting the development of others
Judging Criteria
Judges will assess the nominee’s impact, dedication, and influence as a mentor. Consideration will be given to:
- Demonstrated commitment to mentoring or coaching others, formally or informally
- Evidence of mentee success, progression, confidence‑building, or career development
- Contribution to developing future female talent or supporting underrepresented groups in tech
