Judging Criteria
The Innovator Award recognises a woman who demonstrates exceptional creativity and originality in the use of technology. Judges will assess how the nominee has challenged conventional thinking through innovative design, development, research, or implementation of technology-led solutions. Consideration will be given to the novelty of the approach, the effective application of technology, and the problem or opportunity being addressed. Evidence of impact, whether commercial, operational, social, or cultural, will be important, alongside the nominee’s ability to translate ideas into practical outcomes. Judges will also consider future potential, including how the innovation could evolve, scale, or influence wider practice. This award celebrates women who are pushing technological boundaries and redefining what innovation looks like.
