  • The nominee must identify as a woman working in a technology or digitally enabled role

  • The nominee must have led or played a significant role in delivering a digital transformation initiative

  • The transformation must demonstrate measurable impact and positive outcomes

Judging Criteria

The Digital Transformation Champion of the Year award recognises a woman who has successfully led or delivered meaningful digital change. Judges will assess evidence of strategic leadership in driving digital transformation, including the effective use of technology to improve systems, processes, or user experiences. Consideration will be given to measurable outcomes such as increased efficiency, improved performance, enhanced accessibility, or better customer or user engagement. Judges will also evaluate the nominee’s leadership and change management capabilities, including their ability to engage stakeholders, foster a culture of innovation, and manage complexity. Attention will be given to ethical considerations, inclusion, and the involvement of diverse teams, as well as advocacy for digital skills, literacy, or inclusion within the organisation or wider sector.
